Policy Statement
At SoCal Air, we strive to make your travel experience as convenient and enjoyable as possible. We understand that planning a vacation or charter flight often involves significant financial considerations. To accommodate our valued customers, we offer a flexible payment option that allows you to split your payments when booking your trip well in advance.
Payment Schedule
Advance Booking: Customers who book their vacation packages or charter flights with SoCal Air more than three (3) months in advance of the scheduled departure date are eligible for our split payment option.
Payment Plan Fee: Upon booking, a non-refundable Payment Plan Fee of $175 is required. This Payment Plan Fee secures your reservation and ensures the availability of your chosen package or charter.
Payment Schedule: Following the Payment Plan Fee, the remaining balance will be divided into equal installments. You will have the option to split the balance into monthly payments, with the final payment due no later than one (1) week prior to your booked departure date.
Payment Method: Payments can be made using the payment method originally provided at the time of booking. If you wish to update your payment method, please contact our customer service team at least seven (7) days before the scheduled payment date.
Late Payments: Failure to make payments in accordance with the agreed-upon schedule may result in the cancellation of your reservation. In such cases, our standard cancellation policy and associated fees will apply.
Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within one (1) week of the departure date, the full trip cost is due at the time of booking, and the split payment option is not available.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that the Payment Plan Fee is non-refundable, as it secures your reservation and prevents others from booking the same package or charter. For cancellations made after the final payment has been processed and up to one (1) week before the scheduled departure date, we will refund any payments made beyond the Payment Plan Fee, subject to our standard cancellation fees.
Modification Requests
If you need to modify your booking or payment schedule due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees.
